Navado Talent are recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join a fun and extremely collaborative office in central Bristol. Recruitment is the leading industry for sales professionals looking for a fun target driven environment. Being a Recruitment Consultant can be very challenging, but massively rewarding. You will be building relationships with new and existing clients to create some amazing business opportunities.
Our client was founded in 2005 and currently sitting at 200 employees in Bristol HQ, London and Miami will lots of aggressive hiring over the next 5 years globally to reach 500 employees. The markets they cover are IT, Engineering, Construction, Energy and Public Sector.
This client undoubtedly has one of the best commission structures we have seen, no threshold and up to 30%. Our client prides themselves on the software and investment they have put into L&D, along with having the flexible and wfh benefits.

What does the role of a Recruitment Consultant involve?
Business development and lead generation
Working to daily, weekly and monthly targets
Building a client and candidate base
Gaining a client brief on candidate requirements
Regular meetings with both clients and candidates to build rapport
Source candidates via headhunting, advertising, networking and social media
Screening and interviewing suitable candidates
Arranging the interview then closing the deal
What money and incentives will you receive as Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
Basic Salary of £21,000 - £24,000 per annum
Early finish on Fridays
Dress down Monday to Friday
1st year OTE - £45k +, 2ndyear - £60k +, 3rd year - £100k+
