Navado are looking for multiple trainee Recruitment Consultants to join the team of an award-winning global energy and infrastructure sales company.

Our client aims to maintain their sales footprint within the infrastructure, renewables and environmental sectors across the UK and Europe. What does the role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant involve?
· Business development and lead generation
· Working to daily, weekly, and monthly targets
· Building a client and candidate base
· Gaining a client brief on candidate requirements
· Regular meetings with both clients and candidates to build rapport
· Source candidates via headhunting, advertising, networking, and social media
· Screening and interviewing suitable candidates
· Arranging the interview then closing the deal
What money and incentives will you receive being a Recruitment Consultant?
· Basic Salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
· OTE = £40K year 1, £60k year 2, £100k+ year 3
· 3pm Friday finish
