What is a 360 recruitment consultant?
✅ As a 360 consultant you will manage both the candidate & client side of recruitment- winning new business & placing candidates into these role!
✅ You will need to be confident to be on the phone and also at building relationships with both candidates & clients, in order to maintain the high quality service they provide!
