RPO Talent Partner
Navado Talent are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant or delivery consultant to join an RPO global recruitment specialist based in Bristol
Joining a successful team of delivery recruiters, you will specialise in permanent technical recruitment into a key account, of which you will find more info about at interview stage.
The role:
This is slightly different role to the normal 180 Delivery Consultant role as you will partner with a global company to become one of their internal recruiters. Therefore this is a great opportunity for a recruitment consultant who has ambitions to move client side into internal recruitment or talent partner roles. You will have a consistent volume of up to £100k worth of extremely high quality level of work, placing on average between 6-8 candidates a month.
You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment, from taking the job briefing right he way through to closing the candidate, managing the offer process. As well as sourcing for your client you will also work very closely with them, advising them when necessary and consulting with your brand.

Salary and Benefits:
· £25,000 - £35,000 depending on level experience
· Extremely achievable OTE of £65k
· Opportunities to progress quickly and into Account Management and Relationship Manager roles
· Flexible and wfh – 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days from home

Role Requirement:
· Previous recruitment experience is required, either as a Recruitment Consultant or Delivery Consultant
· Experience of recruiting into a professional services market
