Do you want to work for a company that offers remote working, incredible earning potential, training from the founder & also not having to deal with the pressure of doing Business Development? ❌✔

This client is offering an incredible opportunity for ambitious indidviduals who want to work remotely and start their recruitment career 🚀

The role is 180 (candidate focused) , but don't worry about not being able to get the higher earning potential that can come with doing 360, as they largely work to 30% so you will have big fees 👀

You will be working on executive e positions and you'll need to be happy to do LinkedIn Outreach and cold-calling of candidates 📞

They also offer...

🤝1-on-1 training with the founder!

💻 Every quarter you will work together for 1 week and get an expenses-paid for hotel!

❄Annual paid ski trip for everyone in the company!

💚 Clear progression routes and very collaborative company!

🤑 Earning potential is one of the best I've seen recently!

If you're a pro-active individual who is looking for a remote role that isn't Business Development heavy, then this could be the role for you!

Details of the role...

✔ 21-23k Basic Salary (+ comms structure!)

✔ Working hours 8-5 or 9-6
