Talent Partner-Bristol-Full time or part-time.
Navado Talent is working with a large successful recruitment agency based in the head office of Bristol. With offices across the UK, Australia, and Singapore.
This is a very interesting role; you will be working with exciting clients. The role will involve mainly delivery but also working very closely with the hiring managers to manage workforce planning. You will be mainly based in the Bristol office but will be required to visit clients as and when needed. Hybrid working is an option.
This would suit someone from an Account Management background or someone with some recruitment experience looking to move away from the sales side and into a client management/delivery-type role.
This opportunity can be full-time or part-time to fit in with individuals’ circumstances.
There are also lots of opportunities for career development along with a good commission structure in place.
You would be joining a social team. The whole team went to Lisbon this year on a team social and they have lots of other fun team activities throughout the year to get involved with.
What is involved:
· Building strong relationships with key clients.
· Sourcing using LinkedIn recruiter and the company’s database.
· Workforce planning with the client.
· On-site client meetings.
· Working closely with the client’s ATS system and marketing team.
· Managing a supply chain and coordinating with regular supply and hiring managers.
