Navado have partnered with an exciting company based in Bristol, who are looking for Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their US team, specifically focusing and growing the Houston market.
Do you have experience in contract or permanent recruitment but want to broaden your experience in recruiting internationally, whilst remaining in the UK?
Our Client are going through a period of exponential growth, having grown from 2 to 30 heads in just 3 years!!
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is looking to advance their career. Joining as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, management training will be provided from day one, with the opportunity to progress into a Team Lead role in the first year.
You will have proven experience of recruiting into the tech sector across either contract or permanent roles.
Salary and Benefits:
Clear progression through to Associate Director
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
One of the best commission structures in the Bristol market, with no threshold!
Flexi-time
Working from home available on a weekly basis

To be successful?
You will have a track record as a successful Recruitment Consultant
Ideally have experience recruiting into the IT market
Be an expert in the candidate and client end to end recruitment lifecycle
Establish key clients and target client plans
Manage key relationships with clients within your market to generate profitable business partnerships
Be able to attend business meetings with clients to identify needs and offer solutions
Skilled negotiator with both client and candidates
