Senior HR Recruitment Consultant
Navado Talent are looking for a Senior Recruiter who has experience recruiting into the HR sector, to build out a new team within our client’s Bristol office.
This role would suit a seasoned HR Recruiter who is looking for a step up into a more senior role, with the opportunity to build a team around them. The role will involve building out a brand-new HR division regionally for the business, leveraging off the incredible success from the London team.
This position is a permanent 360 role and comes with the opportunity to hire and grow a team around you, quickly fast tracking to Head of and then Associate Director.
Our client:
Our client are a forward thinking and global leading Digital Recruitment Agency, servicing markets across IT, Marketing, HR, Sales and Digital. Operating as an international business, our client have “hubs” across the UK, EMEA, and APAC. Having recently opened an office in central Bristol, our client have grown the office to a team of 10 across the IT and digital markets covering the South West region, and are now looking to replicate this success with a HR division.
The role responsibilities:
· 360 recruitment role
· Building out a HR Recruitment desk across the South West
· Headhunting candidates for your clients
· Manage relationships from day one and guiding candidates through the recruitment process
· Business development to find new clients and candidates
· End to end recruitment - sourcing, screening and through to placement
