Senior Delivery Consultant
Established in 2018 and backed by £200 million Group, modern and recently refurbed offices in based in Clifton, Bristol. Our client works across Tech, Business Transformation, Cloud and Data and they service perm and contract roles across the UK.
You’ll have 1-2-1 training with the Founder who one of Bristol’s biggest billers, along with having an onsite L&D trainer in the office every day. Currently, 18 employees but our client has plans to expand into Europe so will be pushing the head count.
Key Responsibilities -
Headhunting and searching for suitable IT candidates
Writing and posting job adverts
Telephoneinterviewing candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles
Arranging interviews for candidates and liaising with them during this time
Making job offers to suitable candidates and handling rejections
Building relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline
Use of social media to create a personal brand
Keeping up to date with trends within the Tech industry
