Senior Delivery Consultant
Navado Talent have been retained exclusively to find a Senior Delivery Consultant to join an expanding boutique IT agency in Bristol. Financially backed by a £200m group, our client are looking to grow exponentially over the coming years and have built a strong reputation within their markets, Tech and Digital.
Joining as a Delivery Consultant you will be supporting the MD on the delivery of perm and contract IT roles across the UK and US, with average deal fees of £10k per placement. You will be responsible for: sourcing and qualifying candidates to a high level, advertising job ads on all social media platforms, sending CVs to clients, arranging, and booking interviews.
This role will suit either a 360 recruiter who does not enjoy BD and is looking to move into a Delivery role, or a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant who is looking for a step up into a more Senior role with more autonomy and greater earning potential.
Salary and Benefits:
•£25,000 - £30,000 depending on level experience
•One of the best commission structures in the market
•Opportunity to progress to Head of Delivery, managing a large team of Delivery Consultants
•Dress down Monday to Friday
•Early finish Friday’s
•Monthly incentives
Role Requirement:
•1-2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Delivery Consultant
•Experience of recruiting into a professional service market
•Successful billing history, whether 180 or 360 recruitment
