Senior Contract Administrator & Office Manager

Bristol – 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

One of our most relaxed yet ambitious clients, based in state of the art penthouse offices overlooking central Bristol and the harbourside, our client have grown to 45 employees since being founded in 2015. Doing things slightly differently to the norm, they recruit across the permanent and contract markets within the IT, Digital and Business Transformation sectors across the UK.

This role will involve:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and agreements with clients and candidates

  • Contract Renewals

  • Organising and maintaining all HR and office administration documents and files

  • Managing office operations, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

  • Assistance with credit control and finance

  • Maintaining office equipment and supplies

  • Providing administrative support to senior management and recruitment consultants

  • Handling any ad hoc tasks and projects as required

We are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management and contract administration.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in HR or the recruitment industry.

  • Familiarity with contract management software.

Salary and Benefits:

·        £30,000 - £45,000
