Sales Manager
Navado Talent is working with a Tech recruitment agency in Bristol who have an excellent track record of success and are now looking for a Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager role is a hands-on role where the concentration is directed towards Team Achievement & Development, Expansion, Account Development, and growing our contract book whilst at the same time remaining a consistent fee producer. This role reports directly into the Director.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Billing Manager - Achieve billings in excess of £100,000 in any 12-month period
Responsibility for Team Revenue production in line with budgets
Account Management
Grow out their contract business
Ensuring Team meetings, Monthly Plans, and Appraisals are carried out on a regular and consistent basis
Assist Director in the identification and selection of new staff in line with budgets
Generation and follow-through of regular Client Visits
To gain an understanding of the niche market and able to identify opportunities, both for new areas of marketing and to identify high calibre candidates that may be of value to colleagues
Sales Consultant mentoring
Business Development incorporating knowledge of sector/discipline
Applicant Management using all systems correctly and developing Consultant techniques
Job Filling and Client Management
Business Planning and Reviewing
Provide after-sales service to clients
Candidate name gathering
Making cold and warm approaches to targeted and existing clients
Benefits:
Salary up to £65k plus commission and overrides
