​Navado Talent are ​looking a Sales Consultant to join a digital scale up agency based in Swindon.

Location: Swindon

Salary:£25,000 Base + Commission & Bonus (£35,000-£40,000 OTE in year 1)

Our Client

Our clientarean exciting scale-up, family-run business, who have been established for 4 years, and are exceptionally good at what they do. The Director and Founder is extremely well known and has a powerful reputation in the Design and Digital market, which has helped them to grow the established client base that they have today.

They have an office based in Swindon, with a current team of 10 employees recruiting into the Tech, Digital and Design markets across the contract and permanent sector into the UK and Europe. They offer 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home, as well as a mature, autonomous, and professional environment.

The Role

You’ll be working with the Directors to help them build and grow their client base as they expand. As a Sales Consultant you will focus on "opening doors" in order to spread the word that they are breaking the mould of a typical agency. 

As a Sales Consultant you will do this by identifying and engaging the appropriate business leaders, and gain the prospect’s commitment to take a meeting with an Account Executives so that they can speak to them about the products and solutions you provide. Your role is to continuously produce these beginning stage, qualified meetings that convert to the sales pipeline. Once you are up to speed with the process and products you'll then be responsible for running the meetings with potential customers to sign new deals!

You will do the following;

·Build canvas lists of prospects

·Follow up warm leads qualified by marketing

·Build business relationships with prospects

·Identify prospects to target

·Book qualified meetings

·Attend meetings with the BD Directors

·Direct Marketing (calling)

·Digital Marketing (email & social media)

About You

If you don’t have recruitment experience, that doesn’t matter. Our client have a world-class training programme to help you learn the job as well as giving you all the tools you need to be a success! 

You will however;

  • Hungry for success 

  • Proven Sales experience (ideally telephone sales)

  • Have the ability to spot opportunities

  • Be an excellent communicator

  • Willing to learn
