Recruitment Coordinator

 

On the back of substantial growth, our client is looking to grow their legal recruitment team with a new opportunity as a Recruitment Coordinator.

They work in partnership with some of the most well known law firms both nationally and globally (exclusively working with the UK Legal Top-100)

They are driven to provide a quality service, and have an excellent reputation within the market from both clients and candidates alike.

They welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds. If you are someone who is ambitious, confident, and driven to give an excellent client and candidate experience then this could be the role for you.


The role:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including assisting with arranging interviews and sending out confirmations

  • Editing CV’s and making them acceptable to send to clients

  • Be a point of contact for incoming calls from both clients and candidates and direct them to the appropriate consultant

  • Adding vacancies to the CRM, writing job adverts and publishing them

  • Assisting with resourcing of candidates for a variety of roles

  • Assist with business development administration to win new client

Person specification:

  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to speak to stakeholders at all levels

  • Ambition – you will be passionate about learning and growth

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • A team player who is always happy to help the wider team

  • Happy to suggest new ideas and new approaches to the way we work

  • Strong academics, ideally with a degree although this is not essential
