Our client is an exciting scale-up, family-run business, which has been established for 4 years and is exceptionally good at what they do. The Director and Founder are extremely well known and has a powerful reputation in the Design and Digital market, which has helped them to grow the established client base that they have today.
They have an office based in Swindon, with a current team of 10 employees recruiting into the Tech, Digital, and Design markets across the contract and permanent sectors into the UK and Europe. They offer 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home, as well as a mature, autonomous, and professional environment.
What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant:
💥Building and maintaining relationships with Clients through sales calls
💥Managing the whole 360 recruitment process from start to finish
💥Headhunting candidates on LinkedIn
💥Writing job adverts and sourcing candidates on job boards
