360 Recruitment Consultant - Cheltenham/Gloucester
Navado is working with a sales and marketing agency that prides itself on being ethical recruiters who are on a mission to give recruitment a better reputation.
They are based in Gloucester and are looking to expand their team of consultants.
This would be a 360-recruitment role but will have a big focus on helping people find new roles rather than chasing the deals. Therefore, they give a percentage of all annual salaries placed to your charity of choice. (Without affecting your bonus)
They are also going for B Corp status!
This would suit someone looking for a mature working environment. There is flexibility around working hours to suit hobbies and childcare as well as hybrid working available.
About you:
• 6 months + of recruitment experience in any industry- 360 or 180
• Passionate about helping others
• Driven and motivated to succeed
• Career focussed
