Managing Recruitment Consultant
Navado Talent are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant, looking to take a step up into Management. The role is working for a prestigous and highly sought after digital and tech recruitment agency, based in Bristol.
With over 30 employees in the Bristol office and looking to grow internationally this year, this role is an important one that will help to scale the contract business both in the UK and internationally.
Being established for over 10 years, the Bristol office has grown to 30 people, and are known in the market for their extremely high average deal fees due to the niche markets and locations they work. They have both contract and perm IT teams delivering into London and Europe and are looking for a Principal / Senior Contract Recruiter that would be looking for a step up to Team Lead level.
This is the ideal role for a Principal Recruiter or Senior Recruiter looking for their next career move. You must have experience within either the IT or Engineering industry. You will still be a hands-on biller that is looking to progress into management and building a team of successful contract recruiters.
This role will be reporting into the Head of IT, who will develop you into a Manager/Leader. You will also benefit from support and guidance from the internal Learning and Development function to aid you in your continued skills growth and have a career pathway to Management laid out from day one.
Salary & Benefits:
•£30,000 - £37,000 per annum
•OTE = £80K - £100K
•Flexible and remote working
•Office hours – 9am till 5.30pm!
