Internal Recruiter
Navado Talent are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join one of the fastest growing Recruitment Agencies based in Bristol. Off the back of an extremely successful 2021 and vast headcount expansion plans in place for 2022 and 2023, our client are seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to support the talent team with an exciting growth strategy.
Working as an Internal Recruitment Consultant you will support the Director's in the recruitment of both Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant and experienced Recruitment Consultant side of the business.
Our client are a Technology and Data Recruitment specialists who have been established for over 6 years. They have an extremely friendly and culture, with a more relaxed working environment than some agencies. With a state of the art, modern office in Central Bristol, breakfast clubs and early finishes on a Friday, this company is certainly one to watch!
What will the role involve?
· Assisting with the strategic growth of the office
· Identifying future top recruiters and recruitment leaders
· Collaboration with senior managers in the office
· Organisation of assessment centres
· Attending and organising university career fairs
· Future coach and mentor consultants on your team
· Support the succession planning strategy
· Progress reports to Director and Senior Management level
· Managing the recruitment process, from interview stage to offer
· Writing and posting adverts
Salary & Benefits:
•£25,000 - £35,000 basic salary

To be successful:
•Previous recruitment experience either as an internal recruiter or from a 360 recruitment background
•Strong communication skills
•Excellent rapport building skills
•A passion for training and recruitment
•Strong organisational skills
