Internal Recruiter
Navado Talent is looking for an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of the leading independent international energy recruitment agencies. Their core markets include Renewables, Nuclear, Hydrogen, Power Generation, Oil and Gas, and Energy, focusing within the UK and America. They are providing the highest standards in the industry, reflected in the values and principles of the team.
After doubling the size of their business in 2021, they are looking for someone to take ownership for the whole area of hiring. This will include the Internal Recruitment process, working with L&D to ensure they hire and retain the best talent and researching and mapping out the best Graduate and Recruitment Talent.
There will be huge opportunity to progress with this role and make it your own, including the potential to head up the whole People/HR function, if you have a CIPD and vision.
This role will suit either an experienced Recruitment Consultant who wants to take a step into an inhouse role, or someone with resourcing experience who is looking for their next step within internal recruitment.
Salary and Benefits:
· £30,000 - £60,000 depending on level experience

Role Requirements:
· 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Internal Recruiter
· Experience of recruiting into a professional service market
· Successful billing history
