Internal Recruitment Consultant
Navado Talent is looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join one of the fastest-growing Recruitment Agencies based in Bristol. Off the back of an extremely successful 2021 and vast headcount expansion plans in place for 2022, our client is seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to support the talent team with an exciting growth strategy.
Working as an Internal Recruitment Consultant you will support the Head of Talent in the recruitment of both Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant and experienced Recruitment Consultant side of the business. This is where the role gets exciting, as well as being an internal recruiter role it also involves a blend of L&D. You will be involved in the onboarding and induction of new starters as well as training and development.
Our client is an Engineering & Technology Recruitment company working within Pharmaceutical, Renewables, Food & Beverage, Software Engineering and Data Science in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium & Switzerland. They have over 10 offices globally and are specifically looking to grow the Bristol team by 20 employees this year alone.
What will the role involve?
· Assisting with the strategic growth of the office
· Identifying future top recruiters and recruitment leaders
· Collaboration with senior managers in the office
· Organisation of assessment centres
· Attending and organising university career fairs
· Future coach and mentor for consultants on your team
· Support our succession planning strategy
· Progress reports to Director and Senior Management level
· Managing the recruitment process, from identifying prospects through to the interview stage and onboarding
· Writing and posting adverts on LinkedIn and job boards, monitoring applications, reviewing CVs, and selecting suitable candidates
· An important part of this role will be building relationships with stakeholders to fully understand their requirements, working proactively to anticipate the needs of the business and delivering results to meet headcount targets.
Salary & Benefits:
•£22,000 - £27,000 basic salary

To be successful:
•Previous recruitment experience either as an internal recruiter or from a 360 recruitment background
•Strong communication skills
•Excellent rapport building skills
•A passion for training and recruitment
•Strong organisational skills
