Navado Talent is looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join one of the fastest-growing Recruitment Agencies based in London. Off the back of an extremely successful 2022 and vast headcount expansion plans in place for 2023, our client is seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to support the talent team with an exciting growth strategy.
Working as an Internal Recruitment Consultant you will support the Head of Talent in the recruitment of both Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant and experienced Recruitment Consultant side of the business. This is where the role gets exciting, as well as being an internal recruiter role it also involves a blend of L&D. You will be involved in the onboarding and induction of new starters as well as training and development.
Since this client was founded in 2014, their 103 employees have been at the heart of improving internet connectivity. Their goal is to be the leader globally for recruitment solutions in the Network Engineering space, specialising in Networking, Network security, Cyber security, Cloud, Telecommunications, Fibre, Finance and Pre-Sales.

What will the role involve?
· Assisting with the strategic growth of the office
· Identifying future top recruiters and recruitment leaders
· Collaboration with senior managers in the office
· Organisation of assessment centres
· Attending and organising university career fairs
· Support our succession planning strategy
· Managing the recruitment process, from identifying prospects through to the interview stage and onboarding
· Writing and posting adverts on LinkedIn and job boards, monitoring applications, reviewing CVs, and selecting suitable candidates
· An important part of this role will be building relationships with stakeholders to fully understand their requirements, working proactively to anticipate the needs of the business and delivering results to meet headcount targets.
