The group invests equity in forward thinking brands, focusing on high growth and scalable startups across a variety of sectors.
They are now looking for someone to take ownershipfor the whole area of hiring, seeking high calibre candidates for all vacancies across the company and recruiting the right people in a timely manner. During periods of low recruitment needs,responsibilities in Marketing and HR activities to support the Head of Marketing and Head of People Growth will be required.
There will be huge opportunity to progress with this role and make it your own, including the potential to head up the whole People/HR function, if you have a CIPD and vision.
This role will suit either an experienced Recruitment Consultant who wants to take a step into an inhouse role, or someone with resourcing experience who is looking for their next step within internal recruitment.
·Identify current and future hiring needs
·Headhunt candidates through a variety of methods
·Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
·Work with managers to define the job spec for all new vacancies
·Qualify and screen candidates at application stage
·Arrange and undertake 1st stage interviews and give feedback
·Create 2nd and 3rd stage shortlists for hiring managers/Directors
·Liaise closely with hiring managers on progress with their vacancies in a proactive manner
·Manage and negotiate job offers
·Manage stakeholders and hiring management expectations on the market
·Build a reputation as an expert within your market
·To assist Head of People Growth with general HR administrative activities as required; these include updates to BreatheHR, employee correspondence, people process reminders.
·To assist the Head of Marketing withcreating and running marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, creating landing pages, writing blogs as well as creating and maintaining internal marketing materials, including the intranet, comms relating to ‘away days’, and any other comms relating to the internal functionality of the business.

·£30,000 - £35,000 depending on level experience
