Navado Talent is seeking a Contract Team Lead to join a market-leading client in Bristol. Joining as a Head of Contract, you will be managing a team of 4 from day 1, with the scope and financial backing to grow this to a team of 8 within the first 12 months.
Our client are a well-established and financially secure start up, working niche IT and Engineering markets across the UK and Internationally. They are looking to double headcount over the next 2-3 years. As such they are looking for a Team Lead who is either currently managing a team or is a billing Recruitment Consultant looking to take a step up into Management.
The successful applicant will be an expert in their market and is socially engaged. You will be a proven successful 360 Recruitment Consultant and will have worked Contract Recruitment previously.
This role comes with opportunity and clear progression to grow into a Director role, whilst also growing a successful team.
Basic Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum + team overrides + bonus

What we are looking for?
·Minimum 2-3 years’ experience of 360˚ contract recruitment
·Market experience ideally within IT or Engineering
·Excellent business development skills
·Experience of managing or mentoring is preferred
