Navado Talent are looking for 2 X Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join an award-winning recruitment programme working for a tech agency based in central Bristol. The role of a Recruitment Consultant is one of the highest paying sales jobs and is likely to suit an outgoing, competitive, and resilient individual who has big ambitions for their career.

The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will need to have a strong work ethic and be prepared to take the knocks that inevitably come from a job dealing with people and sales. It’s not all plainsailing, however the financial rewards, incentives, and career opportunities are fantastic.
What does the role of a Recruitment Consultant involve?
Business development – Acquiring and developing client relationships and constantly seeking new opportunities in the market for business growth
Negotiating with both clients and candidates
Talent acquisition: Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Process management: Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up
Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and using various databases and social media
Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news
Hitting daily targets and KPI’s
What’s on offer to you?
Basic Salary of £21,000 – £26,000 per annum
Early finish on Friday
Flexible and remote working
1st year OTE – £45k +, 2ndyear – £60k +, 3rd year – £100k+

What training will you receive?
You will receive industry leading training, which includes extensive training and guidance from day 1, from our the internal Learning and Development team, who are all eager to give you everything you need to have the best possible start in the industry, and see you earning £45- £70,000 in your first year.
