Fully Remote Recruitment Consultant
Navado Talent is looking for Graduates or Recruitment Consultants who are looking to work remotely. Our client is at the forefront of innovation and work with fantastic companies in the technology sector.
This client focuses on delivering a high-quality service and achieving great results, and not on hours spent working. You will be joining a warm desk so there will be no need for any BD, and a very flexible company so you can juggle life admin!
You will be joining an entirely distributed team, with ove 60% of employees working fully remotely across different countries. With meet ups once a quarter, you will still feel embedded within a team and part of the growth.
This role will suit either a graduate or experienced Recruitment Consultant who wants to step away from the BD side of recruitment and to focus on candidates, whilst working fully remotely.
Salary and Benefits:
· £25,000 - £35,000 depending on level experience
· A generous bonus scheme
· Work hours 8-5 or 9-6
· Meet up once a quarter for 1 week all expenses paid
· 1-1 training with Founder
· Remote working
· Whole company social events
Role Requirements:
· 1 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant
· Experience of recruiting into a professional service market
· Successful billing history
