Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance Market
Navado Talent are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a sought after and aspiring Finance and Accounting agency, based in the heart of Bristol.
Specialising in finance recruitment you will work a vertical market covering permanent recruitment across a specific geographical patch.
Our Client who have been established for over 30 years, and are exceptionally good at what they do. They work mid to senior level roles at the upper end of the market, with exceptionally high average deal margins and placement fees, meaning above average earning potential for you!
You will be joining a company with 10 offices made up of 120 employees, with Bristol being it's newest and smallest office - meaning the opportunity for progression and development is huge!
The Role:
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is looking to advance their career. This is a 360 Recruitment role that will involve: Servicing existing clients, Business development with existing clients and new clients, sourcing candidates and actively marketing them into suitable positions.
This role also offers the opportunity to progress into a Managing role, as our client have huge growth plans and this role will play a key part in these plans.

•£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Experience required
•You will have a track record as a successful Recruitment Consultant
•Minimum 2 years’ Recruitment experience ideally in the financial services market
•Be an expert in the candidate and client end to end recruitment lifecycle
•Manage key relationships with clients within your market to generate profitable business partnerships
