Delivery Team Lead - Bristol
Navado Talent are working with an exciting IT Recruitment start-up, based in central Bristol. Financially backed by one of the UK's largest recruitment groups, our client are looking to grow expotentially over the coming years and have built a strong reputation within their markets – IT and Business Transformation.
Due to their success over the last 2 years, our client are looking to hire an experienced Delivery Consultant who is looking to take the step up to Team Lead, to build out and manage an IT delivery
function within the business.
Joining as a Delivery Team Lead, you will be managing and placing IT contract and perm professionals across all levels. You will be responsible for: sourcing and qualifying candidates to a high level, advertising job ads on all social media platforms, sending CVs to clients, arranging and booking interviews, and dealing with all the compliance associated with the candidate contract and placement.
Role Requirement:
2-3 years’ experience as a Delivery RecruitmentConsultant
Experience of recruiting into the IT sector is preferred
Successful billing history, whether 180 or 360 recruitment
Salary and Benefits:
£28,000 - £33,000 depending on level experience
Commission – no threshold
Opportunity to progress to Head of Delivery, managing a large team of IT Delivery Recruiters
Dress down Monday to Friday
