Navado Talent is working with a respectable tech agency based in London, which is looking for a Delivery Consultant to join a newly developed Hydrogren desk.
Our client is a specialist Energy recruitment provider operating globally across the sector. They have had a record 2022 and are looking to continue with their exciting growth plans in 2023. They were founded in 2012 and currently employ 58 people across their London and New York offices.
They really believe in a mature work environment, with few KPIs and a one week in the office, one week working at home model. Some of their latest incentives include Ibiza and Ski trips, fine dining at Michelin star restaurants and impromptu shopping sprees at Selfridges!
This is a Delivery focused role that will involve liaising with clients and resourcing candidates but won’t involve any business development. So if you’re working as Recruitment Consultant and you’re not enjoying the BD side, then this opportunity could be for you! This role is vital in supporting the business key accounts, and in resourcing on Hydrogen perm and contract roles.
Joining as a Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for: sourcing and qualifying candidates to a high level, advertising job ads on all social media platforms, sending CVs to clients, arranging and booking interviews, and dealing with all the compliance associated with the candidate contract and placement.
Role Requirement:
· 1 year + experience as either a 360 or 180 Recruitment Consultant
· Experience of recruiting into a professional services market is preferred
· Successful billing history, whether 180 or 360 recruitment
Salary and Benefits:
· £25,000,- £35,000 depending on level experience
· Commission – no threshold
· Opportunity to progress to Delivery Team lead
· Dress down Monday to Friday
· Early finish Friday’s
· Monthly incentives
· Hybrid working
