Delivery Consultant -Bristol
Established in 2018 and backed by a £200 million Group, modern and recently refurbed offices in based in Clifton, Bristol. Our clients work across Tech, Business Transformation, Cloud, and Data and they service perm and contract roles across the UK.
You’ll have 1-2-1 training with the Founder who is one of Bristol’s biggest billers, along with having an onsite L&D trainer in the office every day. Currently, 18 employees but our client has plans to expand into Europe so will be pushing the head count.
Navado Talent is working with a respectable tech agency based in Clifton, which is looking for a Delivery Consultant to join the team.
This is a Delivery focused role that will involve liaising with clients and resourcing candidates but won’t involve any business development. So if you’re working as Recruitment Consultant and you’re not enjoying the BD side, then this opportunity could be for you! This role is vital in supporting the business key accounts, and in resourcing on IT perm and contract roles across the South West and London.
Joining as a Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for: sourcing and qualifying candidates to a high level, advertising job ads on all social media platforms, sending CVs to clients, arranging and booking interviews, and dealing with all the compliance associated with the candidate contract and placement.
Role Requirement:
· 1 year + experience as either a 360 or 180 Recruitment Consultant
· Experience of recruiting into a professional services market is preferred
· Successful billing history, whether 180 or 360 recruitment
Salary and Benefits:
· £25,000,- £35,000 depending on level experience
· Commission – no threshold
· Opportunity to progress to Delivery Team lead
· Dress down Monday to Friday
· Early finish Friday’s
· Monthly incentives
