Navado Talent is seeking a Contract IT Recruitment Consultant to join a market-leading client in Bristol.
Our client have achieved exceptional growth of 250 employees since 2014, andhaveglobal coverage with their head office in Central Bristol and a recently opened office in Florida, Tampa Bay. Sitting under one Umbrella butoperating across 3 different recruitment brands; IT, Engineering, Finance and Public Sector markets, our client recruit globally into the UK, Europe and US
Looking to double their headcount over the next 2 years, our clientoffera range of recruitment roles, covering 180 / 360 recruitment, Account Managers and Business Development Consultants, in an extremely vibrant and fun office. One of the best commission structures in the Bristol market, plus ample offlexibiltyfor experienced recruiters.
The successful applicant will be an expert in their market and is socially engaged. You will be a proven successful 360 Recruitment Consultant and will have worked Contract Recruitment previously.
Basic Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 per annum + team overrides + bonus
Location: Bristol

What we are looking for?
·Minimum 1-2 years’ experience of 360˚ contract recruitment
·Market experience ideally within IT or Engineering, or any professional services market
·Excellent business development skills
·Experience of managing or mentoring is preferred
