Contract Delivery Recruiter
Navado Talent are looking for an experienced contract recruiter to join a Business Change and Tech agency in central Bristol, working as a 180 Delivery Consultant. This is a Delivery focused role that will involve liaising with clients and resourcing candidates, but won’t involve any business development! Even if you’re working as Recruitment Consultant and you’re not enjoying the BD side, then this opportunity could be for you!
Joining as a Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for: sourcing and qualifying candidates to a high level, advertising job ads on all social media platforms, sending CVs to clients, arranging and booking interviews, and dealing with all the compliance associated with the candidate contract and placement.

Founded in 2008 and have 33 employees across Bristol and London and recruit IT and Business Change across the UK. Incredible state of the artoffices in Clifton with gym and rooftop location with amazing views of Bristol! You will have 1-2-1 training from the Co-Founders who are market leaders in the industry.
They have a nice blend of WFH options and flexible working. Our client likes to make the most of the fantastic Clifton location where you will find lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants.
Role Requirement:
· 2 year + experience as either a 360 or 180 Recruitment Consultant
· Experienced in Contract Recruitment
· Successful billing history, whether 180 or 360 recruitment
Salary and Benefits:
· £27,000 - £30,000 depending on level experience
· Commission – no threshold
· Dress down Monday to Friday
· Flexibility in working from home
· Flexi start and finish times to suit you
