Client Engagement Manager – Bristol
Navado Talent are on the hunt for a charismatic Client Engagement Manager who enjoys building and developing relationships, to join one of Bristol's best tech recruitment companies.
You will be working very closely with a team of ambitious recruiters, with the primary goal to increase revenue from a handful of key accounts.
Who will you be working for?
Established in 2018 and backed by £200 million Group, modern and recently refurbed offices in based in Clifton, Bristol. Our clientworks across Tech, Business Transformation, Cloud and Data and they service perm and contract roles across the UK.
You’ll have 1-2-1 training with the Founder who is one of Bristol’s biggest billers, along with having an onsite L&D trainer in the office every day. Currently 18 employees but our client has plans to expand into Europe so will be pushing head count.
What will the role involve?
· Developing strong relationships with the delivery team to increase interview to placement ration and reduce time to hire
· Attend face to face client meetings with key accounts
· Identify opportunities to sell project
· Develop key accounts through active networking with strategic managers
· Increasing job flow coming through from key accounts
· Run events for leaders within the tech space to develop existing network
· Personalise recruitment strategies and campaigns
What core competencies will you bring?
· Previous recruitment experience ideally from a tech background
· Successful case studies of previous account management experience
· Strong ability to influence
· Ability to encourage high standards across the business
· Demonstrate initiative to thinking outside of the box
