​Our client specialises in IT, Engineering, Renewables, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas and all recruitment focused on the UK markets from Bristol.  They were founded in 2007, have 20 offices worldwide and 300 employees. 

The Bristol office has 30 employees, and they have very impressive growth plans to build on. Commission goes up to 30% and our client is big on incentives, lots of trips abroad and lunch clubs.

One of Navado's long-standing clients are looking to bring on a BD Manager. For this role you will need to have prior experience as a BD Manager or proven success as a 360 Consultant ideally in Renewables, but would consider Tech/ Engineering.

This renowned recruitment agency is looking to fill a new BDM role within its current team. You will have a team of Delivery Consultants to fill the work you bring into the business.

You will be:

  • Developing and executing new business plans across the market

  • Building and extending relationships with new & existing clients

  • Achieving designated sales targets

  • Attending trade events and exhibitions in collaboration with internal Marketing and Sales teams

Details on Role:

  • Basic up to £45k

  • Bonuses and High Comms Structure
