Navado Talent is working with a Digital Recruitment Agency in Bristol who is looking for a Business Development Manager.
This role would suit someone who enjoys the client-side of the role, as you will be focusing on new business and growing the client database.
They already have a strong presence in the South West but are now ready to bring someone in to develop and grow their current relationships along with winning new business.
About You
You ideally need to be from a recruitment background but someone from a sales background would work well in this role too.
The ideal candidate will be:
· Hungry for success
· Proven Sales experience (ideally telephone sales)
· Can spot opportunities
· Be an excellent communicator
· Willing to learn
In return
· Achievable and clear career structure
· £40,000 - £60,000 OTE in year 1)
