Navado Talent are seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to join an RPO global recruitment specialist based in Bristol.
Joining a successful team of Account Managers, you will specialise in permanent technical recruitment into a key account, of which you will find more info about at the interview stage.
The role:
Our client is looking for a highly driven individual who has the skillset to be a successful Account Manager. The role is a great fit for someone who is confident in their ability to be able to manage accounts, ensure a great customer journey and have the skills to generate new business. Salary and Benefits:
· up to £40k depending on level of experience
· Extremely achievable OTE of £60k
· Opportunities to progress quickly and into Account Management and Relationship Manager roles
· Flexible and WFH – 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

Role Requirement:
· Previous recruitment experience is required, either as a Recruitment Consultant, Delivery Consultant or, Account Manager.
· Experience in recruiting into a professional services market
