You won’t have any business development or sales in this role, it’s very much a Talent Partner or Delivery Consultant model servicing accounts.  Even though they are fully remote they meet every quarter for a few days and you are entitled to an all-expenses paid ski trip. Training is done by the CEO and Director, so you’ll have 1-2-1 training.

Founded in 2013 and our clients operates in a fully remote capacity, you can literally work anywhere you like. They specialise in the Technology across the private sector and have grown to 14 employees and looking to increase headcount in 2023.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant will involve a blend of sales and consultation, not to mention rewarded fun along the way.

What does the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant involve?

  • Business development and lead generation

  • Working to daily, weekly, and monthly targets

  • Building a client and candidate base

  • Gaining a client brief on candidate requirements

  • Regular meetings with both clients and candidates to build rapport

  • Source candidates via headhunting, advertising, networking, and social media

  • Screening and interviewing suitable candidates

  • Arranging the interview then closing the deal

What money and incentives will you receive being a Recruitment Consultant?

  • Basic Salary of £21,000 - £26,000 per annum

  • OTE = £40K year 1, £60k year 2, £100k+ year 3

  • Fully remote

What training will you receive?

All new starters take part in a structured 8 week training programme, which will provide you with all the skills to become a 360 recruitment consultant. You will receive training from an award-winning team of recruitment trainers - one of the best recruitment trainers in the market and will receive 1.1 coaching on an ongoing basis.
