180 Recruitment Consultant– Bristol
Navado Talent is working with a global recruitment specialist who are looking for a 180 Recruitment Consultant, to join their office based in central Bristol. This IT Consultant is looking to be onboarded to start ASAP!
Our client has successfully tendered for a large project, to place a large volume of IT Contractors across the UK and EU and is looking for a team of IT Delivery Consultant to support this project.
Working as a 180 Delivery Consultant you will be managing and placing Infrastructure IT contract professionals across all levels. You will be responsible for: sourcing and qualifying candidates to a high level, advertising job ads on all social media platforms, sending CVs to clients, arranging and booking interviews, and dealing with all the compliance associated with the candidates’ contract and placement.
Role Requirement:
1 – 2 years Recruitment experience; 180 or 360 experience
Experience of recruiting into the IT sector
Contract recruitment experience is preferred but not essential
Successful billing history, whether 180 or 360 recruitment
Salary and Benefits:.
£20,000 – £27,000 depending on level experience
Commission paid monthly – NO threshold!
Flexibility: Work from home
Dress down Monday to Friday
Monthly incentives
Annual trips to Vegas, Ibiza, Monaco
