Referral Scheme T&C’s:
This referral scheme will reward the introduction of a candidate to Navado Talent. Should this candidate be placed into a permanent role through Navado Talent, we will give you up to £750 cash and tax free
To qualify for the referral fee you need to send us an email introducing us to your referral, including their name and contact details.
This referral scheme will be paid a month in arrears of the candidate’s start date.
The referral scheme will pay £150 for candidates referred to us with less than 12 months recruitment experience (Trainees and Graduates)
The referral scheme will pay £250 for candidates referred to us with 12 months + recruitment experience.
The referral scheme will pay £500 for candidates referred to us that get placed at Principal Recruitment Consultant level and above.
The referral scheme will pay £750 for candidates referred to us that get placed at Head of / Team Leader level and above.
The referral scheme excludes candidates that have made themselves known to Navado Talent that they are seeking work in past 6 months.
The referred individual must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to Navado Talent for this scheme, prior to the date of the referral.
This is the responsibility of the referee and is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.
This incentive is open to both candidates and clients
