Senior Delivery Consultant
Our client is a family run recruitment agency, with 15 employees based in offices in the city centre of Bristol. They specialise in the Technology, Data and Cyber Security recruitment markets across the UK. They have 30 strong years of technical recruitment experience, which are supported through their strong client relationships providing lots of inbound business.
They are passionate about ensuring that all their employees are well looked after, offering a decent work life balance, including working from home and lots of social work events and incentives.
My client is looking for 2 x Senior Delivery Consultants to join their ever growing team in Bristol. They are looking for 2 people to join their very successful and hot Java and Dev Ops desks. The ideal candidate would have 2 + years experience in tech recruitment and have the ability to hit the ground running when joining this company.
Role Requirement:
· 2 year + experience as either a 360 or 180 Recruitment Consultant ideally in tech
· Experience of recruiting into a professional services market is preferred
· Successful billing history, whether 180 or 360 recruitment
Salary and Benefits:
· £30,000 - £35,000 depending on level experience
· Commission – no threshold
· Opportunity to progress to Delivery Team lead
· Dress down Monday to Friday
· Early finish Friday’s
· Monthly incentives
