Navado Talent are delighted to be working with a market leading cyber and information security speciliast who are looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join an established Cyber Security desk. Our client has excellent market reputation, are specialists in their markets and have a strong brand reputation.
Due to their success over the last year, our client is looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead and eventually manage the Cyber Security division. Reporting directly to the Head of Perm, you will work closely with the Permanent IT team to leverage high volume of clients, to build out the Cyber division.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced permanent recruiter, looking to fast track their career working for an extremely ambitious and rapid growing company.
The Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant your day to day job role will include:
Business development and lead generation
Building a client and candidate base
Source candidates via headhunting, advertising, networking and social media
Screening and interviewing suitable candidates
Arranging the interview then closing the deal
Salary and Benefits:
£30,000 – £35,000 per annum

About you:
With a background in permanent 360 recruitment, ideally you will have 2-3 years’ experience, recruiting within the professional services industry. Experience recruiting in security or cyber would be great but is not essential. Previous experience mentoring or some management is preferred but not essential.
