Head of sales
This role is managing the Sales team within a tech recruitment business. You'll be working with an established tech business in the South West that is growing rapidly. The task will be to grow the sales along with revenue, this will be done by coaching and training the team. You'll be working closely with the Director to create a business development strategy moving forward and develop/grow the sales team.
They don't have set KPIs, very much an adult environment where you are trusted to do that job. They finish at midday on a Friday, so pretty much a 4.5 working week!
You will need to be at Senior/ Principal level in the tech industry ideally and have proven that you can build something from scratch.
