The Role:
Navado Talent are looking for an Associate Director / Co-Founder to join a highly successful tech agency based in Bristol.
This is an exciting career opportunity for a seasoned Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a step up, to join a scale-up recruitment agency specialising in Technology recruitment.
In just 18 months our client have grown to a team of 6, including a Marketing Executive, and have broken through £1mil turnover. The CEO/Founder is looking for their “right hand man” in an Associate Director, who can help grow the company in driving the values and culture forward.
This opportunity will suit a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader who is thinking about setting up on their own but can’t afford to the take the risk. Joining our client, you will have the autonomy and flexibility to put forward ideas and input into growing the business, so you’ll very much feel as though you are running your own business, all whilst reaping the benefits and salary.
What's on offer:
· £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
· Attractive commission scheme
· Additional bonus scheme
· Discussion around equity / shares
· 29 days annual leave + Xmas shut down + 8 bank holidays
· Progression structure tied to performance
· Year 1 - generated over £500k in deal revenue
· 5 year plan - to grow to be discussed with the candidate
· Remote working options/hybrid
Previous experience required?
· Experience of Tech Recruitment is a must
· Proof of successful billings
· Ideally have experience in mentoring as a minimum
