What does the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant involve?
The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will involve a blend of sales and consultation, and a lot of fun along the way! With this opportunity you will be focused on the candidate side of the role, so can enjoy all the perks of recruitment without having to cold call… 🙌
You will be:
· Building amazing relationships with candidates
· Screening and interviewing suitable candidates
· Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
· Writing job adverts and posting on job platforms
· Utilising Linkedin recruiter to headhunt candidates
· Source candidates via headhunting, advertising, networking, and social media
What money and incentives will you receive being a Recruitment Consultant?
· Basic Salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
· Commission for every placement you make! OTE in your 1st year: £35-40K year
· Very flexible and remote working options (ideally, you’re based in Manchester so you can get the most out of training from the co-founders & visit the new office!)

What training will you receive?
All new starters take part in a structured training programme, which will provide you with all the skills to progress your career! You will receive 1.1 coaching on an ongoing basis with both co-founders 🤝
