Senior Delivery Recruitment Consultant
Navado Talent is seeking a Senior 180 Recruitment Consultant to join an incredible Tech Recruitment Company in London. You will be joining a start up and be involved in growing the business, even the opportunity to grow and lead a team.
This is a Delivery focused role that will involve liaising with clients and resourcing candidates but won’t involve any business development. So if you’re working as a Recruitment Consultant and you’re not enjoying the BD side, then this opportunity could be for you!
The Role:
Joining as a Senior Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for: sourcing and qualifying candidates to a high level, advertising job ads on all social media platforms, sending CVs to clients, arranging and booking interviews, and dealing with all the compliance associated with the candidate contract and placement.
Our client are looking for Delivery consultants of all levels (12+months of experience)

Role Requirement:
•Experience of recruiting into the IT / Tech sector
•Successful billing history, whether 180 or 360 recruitment
Salary:
•£26,000 - £32,000 depending on level experience
