Delivery Team Lead
Navado Talent have been retained exclusively to find a Delivery Team Lead to join an expanding Digital and Tech agency in Bristol. Financially backed by a £200m group, our client are looking to grow exponentially over the coming years and have built a strong reputation within their markets, Tech and Digital.
Joining as a Delivery Team Lead you will be managing 5 x Delivery Consultants from day 1, whilst also leading from the front delivering into the Tech market across the UK.
This role will suit either a Senior Recruitment Consultant who wants to take a step into management and wants to step away from BD, or a Senior Delivery Consultant who is looking for a step up into a more Senior role with more autonomy and greater earning potential.
Salary and Benefits:
· £30,000 - £40,000 depending on level experience
· One of the best delivery commission structures in the market
· 28 days annual leave + bank holiday
· 2 days mental well being days
· Opportunity to progress to Head of Delivery, managing a large team of Delivery Consultants
· Dress down Monday to Friday
· Early finish Friday’s
Role Requirement:
· 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Delivery Consultant
· Experience of recruiting into a professional service market
· Successful billing history, whether 180 or 360 recruitment
